Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (£12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that even expert archers sometimes need to adjust their aim. Our returns policy is as straightforward as drawing a bowstring.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • Items are in original condition
  • Unused and unassembled
  • All original packaging and tags are intact

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened Arrow Making components
  • Used Arrow Preparation tools
  • Broadheads removed from packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made archery equipment

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Include this RMA number on your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in original packaging and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return
After receiving your return, we’ll inspect items within 3-5 business days.

  • For exchanges: We’ll ship your new item immediately after approval
  • For refunds: Please allow:
    • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days for processing after approval
    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Exchange Policy

Need different bow specifications or arrow types? We’ll exchange for a product of equal value. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference; if less, we’ll refund the balance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no extra cost.

International Returns Note

For customers outside the UK, customs duties or import taxes paid on the original shipment cannot be refunded. Contact your local customs office about potential refunds of these charges.
