Our Returns Promise

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Your satisfaction is as important to us as a perfect bullseye is to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Arrow Making components (once opened)
  • Arrow Preparation tools that have been used
  • Broadheads that have been removed from packaging
  • Any personalized or custom-made archery equipment

Simple Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please include the RMA number on your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item immediately after approval. For refunds, please allow:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days for processing after approval
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different bow or arrow specification? We’re happy to exchange your item for another product of equal value. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference; if less, we’ll refund the balance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no extra cost.

International Returns Note

For customers outside the UK, please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid on the original shipment cannot be refunded. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about potential refunds of these charges.
